change text message song

If anyone could help me with this id be more then happy!

I just got my phone and im having a big problem trying to change my text message to a ring tone I got when I go to change text message ringtone it only comes up with the phones stored ringers.


how do I get my ring that I want on there that I got downloaded under my music!?
