Screenshots don't lie. Or at least I don't think they do.

I think it depends if you are viewing the site from a mobile device vs desktop?

FWIW I'm on a laptop, Win 10, Chrome browser.

I actually have a Linux session running in a VM...let me try Firefox over there...nope, not there either.

Cache. They may not have the whole site downloaded. Ctrl + F5 should fix it. Unless there is another usergroup overriding the Staff user group.

One of the first things I did was check the user group.. Everything matches, but some see it some don't.. Must be something going on that's above my pay grade...

Xenforo is fun to find root causes. They could have user permissions that are different or user group permissions. Try running test permissions and analyze permissions under the Admin CP > Users.

@danDroid I keep getting a popup ad before logging in that takes over the screen. I know @PereDroid had started a post a while back about that and you said that shouldn't happen for folks who've been to the site before, but this has greeted me and gotten in my way for about a week now when I come to log in on PC.

Personally, I think it'd be nice if the message and notification icons in the top right stayed on the bar that stays on the page at the top. (Move the search bar over and put them next to it, maybe?) Just my 2 cents.
