ADW Launcher EX and the Linear theme. I set custom dock images and icons. Google "Dreamlyfe"to find the site that makes these dock images. They have some other really cool ones as well.

Thanks for the tip... I had no idea you could actually charge the battery! I was just going to Verizon every few days & buying new ones & replacing them when they died...
(Im actually draining battery, so I can charge back to 100% & reset stats)

All joking aside, I have 3 fully charged batteries sitting to me. For reals!

Here's mine, I like to keep it as simple looking as possible. The white icons in the center of the screens are custom icons for the CircleLauncher App, and with dock gestures I can do everything I need from the home-screens 90% of the time.

So ADW EX has the ability to change dock backgrounds? I like ADW better than Launcher Pro but have been using Launcher Pro because of the dock background.

The dock in the attached screen shot will work on ADW EX?

Yup, sure would. Change your dock background in the settings, then just long-press each of your 5 docked shortcuts to edit their icons.
