Circles Widget Changed Sizes

I've had my Razr HD for months, but all of a sudden, the circles widget changed sizes, and is now smaller than original. Anyone know A) why it would have changed sizes, and B) how do I change the circles back to a larger size?

Well, for whatever reason, after recharging my phone, the circles returned miraculously to their original size. By the way, smaller would normally be a good thing, but the text previews and other notifications were microscopic.

Thanks, I'll just chalk it up to a typical tech mystery.
