Clearing RAM

Just pickedup my Rezound today and I don't have anything that I see running and its showing I only have 168 mb of RAM free. Is there anyway to check what's taking up all my RAM and close it? It's not slowing down my phone yet, but it will probably start if my available RAM gets much lower.
