Install all the files if there are more than one..and you will probably get an error from radio or something just reboot anyway ok?

Forgot to say, install the prep zip, then install CM7. Reboot. Then hold the power button and select reboot and then recovery. You will go back to Clockwork. Reinstall the prep zip again and you are good to go.

Ok so I didn't get the cm7 zip. Is that something you posted for me or is that the monster zip that I need to dl?

All in one fix:

Flash the prep zip, then flash the CM7 ROM. Then flash the Gapps, then flash the all in one fix. After that, then reboot. After CM7 boots up, boot back into Clockwork and flash the prep zip again. Then you're done.

Do not use a bootstrap on CM7. You will brick. Use ROM Manager or hold the power button, select reboot, then select recovery.
