Clockwork help QUICK!!!!

I am at the clockwork screen and need to restore a backup from SD. I can move up and down in the menu, but what is the OK button. and of these selections which do I need to do to restore a backup on the SD I made with ROM Manager????? Help

apply sdcard:update.zip
install zip from sdcard
nandroid

goto nandroid and then you will see all your backups from rom manager

Hurry!! Push the camera key to make your selection. To restore a backup, navigate to nandroid>restore. I always wipe data and cache when restoring a backup.....that's just me though.......Now hurry up!

trying to restore now, I am just restoring to remove a change I made to my ROM, I shouldn't need to wipe anything should I?? Thanks guys!!!
