Connecting Incredible to PC

Incredible- can't see all folders

Hello, I hope someone can help.

I have an HTC Incredible and I'm trying to access my pictures from a PC.

Here's what happens on my main PC.
I connect the phone to the PC using a USB cable.
Wait a moment, then select "mount as hard drive" from the phone
Two removable drives show up in the browser for "My Computer", they are F & G
I can see folders and files in both F & G drives.
On the G drive I have 7 folders that show up, which is the problem
If I connect the phone to another PC, I have 16 folders showing up, including the dcim folder on the G drive.

What could be happening that I can't see all folders for this phone on a particular PC??

Thanks!

I've tried this on two seperate PCs, only to have the same problem (both on Windows XP and on Windows 7).

I connect the Droid to the PC, but regardless which option i select on the droid ("HTC Sync" or "Disk drive"), i have two "Removable Disks" show up under My Computer.

Double clicking either of them yields the error: "Please insert a disk into removable disk (H: (or whatever the drive letter)).

What gives? What am i doing wrong? I don't have a SD card in the droid, because every one i tried it said it couldn't access, so i'm just trying to transfer pictures from the internal storage onto my computer...

I'm having a very similar issue, except I have an SD card installed. I cant access the "drives" with or without the sd card mounted or unmounted.
