Contact notes lost during sync.

I can't seem to find a thread addressing this issue.

I import contacts via a vCard file from my Palm Desktop to Gmail. All info is imported excepts the individual contact notes. Am I missing something. Please point me in the right direction.

I don't believe that Gmail supports importing contact notes. I know it doesn't support such an import from Outlook. Not sure about Palm.
