Contact phone number Type

How do i add a new phone number type? The drop down has Home, Work, Mobile, Other....

I need more types.

2ns option: add text to the phone number in google contacts i.e. 503-555-2111 jack
The droid converts jack to numbers and it dials them.

Why would you want to add text after a phone number?

In Gmail (Browser) you can add as many phone numbers as you want....

You can add any phone number type you'd like into contacts on the Droid. If you scroll down, the drop down has an option after Other called Custom. If you choose it, it allows you to select what you want to call it.

I don't know jack either

Thanks, never noticed Custom before and it works just fine.
