There's an app for this, controlling your phone from your Desktop (or Laptop). What is it called again? I use to have it but forgot what it was and need to reinstall it.

There are a bunch of them but I think one of the more common ones is Team Viewer.....
I thought TeamViewer only allowed you to control your Desktop from your Phone, and I've done this. I'm looking for the other way around.

Edit: It DOES work with Teamviewer Quicksupport, which is only supported on select Samsung phones, not the DROID RAZR MAXX. Maybe that's what you were thinking? I swear though, I've done it before, just don't remember how or what app I used.

Edit #2: I found AirDroid, but that doesn't exactly do what I want it to. It only shows basic folders and not an emulation of my phone. Basically, I'm looking to use my PC to organize my Phone's folders. It'd be easier for me, at least.

Did you try AirDroid and how did it work? I am looking for something similar and downloaded the AirDroid app, but it struggled to connect with my Maxx. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I actually did try AirDroid. It doesn't do what I need. When you connect to it, you see what appears to be a desktop with a bunch of folders, and not a Portrait orientation of what you see on your phone. I suppose you can use it to batch install applications if you have the apk files, or maybe I'm getting that mixed up with MyPhoneExplorer.

I'm literally looking to use my Desktop to navigate from screen to screen on my phone, move, create shortcuts, create folders and add links to these folders. I'd like to be able to use my mouse to click through the experience of my phone though my desktop, possibly even have the ability to place calls as well, but that I don't need, just organizing my phone, including adding/modifying/deleting/merging contacts.

Yes I am sorry I keep forgetting this forum deals with more phones than just the S3..... There was an app that everyone was raving about a while back but I think it was like $15.... I will see if I can find it again.....
