Depends on what your trying to do. You have to be within 14 days if you are trying to end the contract or anything like that to avoid any carrier fees. If you simply wish to return it for another phone you can still be within the 90 days with them. A phone swap from the store does not have anything to do with Verizon. They simply flip the number to the new phone...
