Could someone clarify if Droid Bionic has motor blur pre installed in it?

im seeing some applications wnamed blur in my phone, like fake blur xmpp and motoblur indexing on it . and my phone does sync with motorola from contacts. under the account and sync settings.

Yes it does although its a newer version.
