Lol warranty doesn't cover idiots you work with dropping a piece of granite on your phone. Just wanted to make sure before I called they would cover it. Any clue how much it will cost? Thanks

It's either 90-100$.

DROID RAZR MAXXIMIZED!!!! PREPARE TO BE VANQUISHED!!!

I replaced my RAZR several months ago due to a cracked screen. Filed the claim online, paid the $100 deductible and got my replacement in 2 days. Better than paying full retail price :-)

Should be for a brand new phone. Insurance should replace with new, warranty can be CLNR.

That sucks!
Does it still work?
I cracked my X and used it for a few months.
Held it together with a screen protector.

Wait Verizon uses new phones for insurance? I may have been tempted to do that Hehe, I just assumed they were refurbs....of course I do know what assume means Hehe.

Disclaimer says the replacement may be a refurb however the phone I received was probably a brand new model.

Really??? This was whose insurance, Verizon's or a third party's? I thought from recollection that at least the third party one replaced with new. I suppose if it was Verizon's that may be how they keep the premium low and defray costs, while still making a profit, because we all know extended or supplemental warranties are BIG BUCKS.

I was sent a new phone, not a refurb, when I cracked the glass on my Fascinate last year. $89 deductible and next day got my replacement. Quick & painless process through the Asurian website. (Verizons ins. provider)
