Cracked screen help

So i cracked my screen pretty good.
If i get a whole new phone to replace it.
I have insurance.
Will i be able to keep photos apps.
And music?

Even though the screen is cracked, you should be able to plug your phone into your computer and move your files from your phone's two "moto" directories to your computer. The second "moto" directory is your external sd card and you will put that sd card into your new phone. All your paid apps are associated with your google email account and you will be able to install on your new phone without having to purchase again. I hope this helps answer your questions.
