Curious what to check out on a CLNR Droid 1

The second version of the Droid fixed the jack issue, so all CLNR phones should have been refurbished to that standard.

Like I said -- SHOULD be. If it's got a hardware issue take it back.

It wobbles like my first phone that had headphone jack problems. The second phone obviously had one that would work it wouldn't wobble at all but it had a blown speaker. The phone I have now has a power button that "fell in" and a headphone jack that wobbles but not enough yet to mess up the audio yet.

I'd say that's hardware failure. Take it back!

Well, they are over-nighting me a CLNR Droid 2. The rep said they really have not got any referb units, so I'll more than likely get a new unit, but still. So I'll get that on Monday. I'll have to keep this updated after I get it and see what happens. I left it up to the store manager and they offered an upgrade. So we'll just see what happens.

If you don't like the blur, just install ADW or LauncherPro over it and BLURBEGONE!

Well, they sent me a Droid 2, so now i have to figure out what I can do with it, and get it configured for my personal tastes. This keyboard is going to take a bit to get used to.

You can:

Root it. ROM it. Overclock it. Leave it stock.
