Customizing Multi-Window and Blocking Mode

Does anyone know how to customize the icons that appear in the Multi-Window? I know how to take some of them out, but can you actually add icons to that windowsAlso - and I think this may be a Verizon thing - but where is Blocking Mode? It is supposed to be be under Settings -> My Device, but I don't have it on my phone. I would love to set up rules for not accepting calls at night other than people I designate. And yes, I know there is an app for that, but might as well use it if available directly on the phone.
