Customizing the Voice Recognition Dictionary?

I asked this previously and unfortunately didn't get any bites... I use the Voice Recognition feature often on my Droid 2. One problem that I have, is that while the recognition dictionary has almost any word you can think of, there are a few that I use often (my son's name for instance) that it does not recognize.

My question: Is there a way to add words to that dictionary? Whether you record a word and then type the text so it is recognized from then on? Kind of like how we can add words to the text dictionary. Anyone come up with this yet?

I asked Verizon about this in Feb of 2011 for the Dinc1 and was told no.
