Customizing voice recognition words?

Is it possible to add words to the voice recognition feature? For instance, my son has an unusual name... "Rolston" and any time I send a text or e-mail using his name, it comes up as "Ralph" (which cracks me up) but is there a way to "record" or add words that may not be in the dictionary?

PS: I know that I can add words, names, etc. to the dictionary that completes words when typing, I am talking strictly about voice recognition.
