[GUIDE] Jelly Bean Factory Image (Root/Recovery/Unlocked Bootloader) *UPDATED 12/12* - xda-developers actually all the files you need to flash CWMR or TWRP recoveries, root and unlock boot loader are all here.

Alright I tried a bunch of other images and all of them were unsuccessful. Until I tried this one COMBINATION_I535VRBLK3_I535VZWBLK3_381038_REV09_user_low_ship_NOWIPE_FIXED.tar.md5
Then reset my radio using odin and the factory radio image. I then flashed the above image and when it rebooted I had data, service, and access to the play store. Also one thing I noticed is that last time I did all of the stuff and got my phone to work, it was on 4.0.4, and now it is on 4.1.1 which is awesome because I obviously have all of the features of jelly bean. Again not sure what I did to fix the phone but it's fixed ha

Where did you find the radio image? Did you flash the SU boot loader zip to root and unlock?

this is where I got the radio [MODEMS] <VRLK3> Verizon SGS3 (SCH-I535) [ODIN or RECOVERY-flashable] - Verizon Galaxy S III Development - RootzWiki and no i didnt flash the so boot loader zip. I flashed the latest jelly bean image, then used odin to flash the radio image then flashed the latest jelly bean using odin and it all worked!

okay guys upon further research i have found a few links you might wanna check out. the video is good but when doing verizon before entering this *#7284# on the dialer you need to do this *#22745927 on the dialer to enable hidden menu


I actually used the NV file from the XDA thread instead of the QPST from rootz
