glad to help..this looks pretty sweet, but my droid seemed to be a little laggy using the launchers that came with it and i'm running at 1gz,so i installed helix1 and now it's very snappy!!

i've got adw launcher set up on mine, and let me tell you, this thing is sweet. You can mod it so it doesn't lag at all. It blows helix out of the water. I think its actually a helix mod, but its great. Hers a link, ADW things

Re: ADWlauncher. Try going from Portrait to Landscape. The launcher FC'd everytime so I uninstalled it. Otherwise, it was cool!

I think that's a known bug.

I think that's a known bug.

I have AWDlauncher and it goes from portrait to landscape on the home screen just fine.

Same here..no issues switching from potrait to landscape.....

I was trying to change the apps drawer icon: all other launchers: apk\res\drawable-hdpi has all apps pressed/focused and normal. I could not find it in ADW..any ideas where it could be...there was no drawable hdpi folder in res with ADW launcher..

Its called ic_tray_expand, there one in drawable-port and drawable land, I switched both and it worked for me

Those playing w/AWD Launcher, give Launcher Pro a shot (beta in the market) - faster, smoother, sense rebound, and updates coming to add custom icons in the dock (currently fixed) and landscape auto-rotate...check it out. I've switched from Helix/AWD and am not looking back....
