D1-miui-1.4.15 (Gingerbread)

Does this have the updated language pack?

You used to be able to take the N1 pack, delete build.prop and framework folders. Delete FM radio app and flash over to update language packs. But I see that there is a warning about flashing zips over this so I don't know if it is a good idea, or if it still works. Maybe one of the devs can weigh in.:lifting:

This rom seems to run pretty smooth. I really don't like how everything is orange though, I wish there was a way to have it all go back to blue like in 4.8

TO: Magiman7, TP4bama, and Jamazelle...ALL I CAN SAY IS BRAVO!!! guys this thing is running like it should right now few very minor things ( mostly all cosmetic), but as far as i can tell right now, this can be an everyday driver. And im sure it will only improve with time....also all those people out there that said miui gingerbread is a waste, it will never run on the d1 right....LOAD IT UP and eat your words!

^^ I agree with this 100% ;)

Compcache works out of the box, no user input necessary.

This does not include the newest b language packs. They were released after I put this out. I would not flash stock language packs because it could kill the radio. (Not permanent damage, just won't work). I may update the build later. Really want to try to get CVPCS patch for 3g and wma working.

As far as getting rid of the orange, it is being worked on. I am not doing it, but I have seen it. It will be worth the wait.

I haven't tried different kernels yet because I wanted to test the stock experience.

Thank guys dancedroid im gonna load this version as soon as i can. thanx again for all of your hard work.

Installed and Rockin! Last week tired the 1.4.8 version and got way too many reboots. Installed the new version this morning no reboots so far. Anyone have any kernels they recommend?

Am I the only one getting constant launcher FC's? Came from 1.3.25(or 28, w/e) -- complete wipe, only used MIUI backup & ran Fix Permissions via Rom Manager. Rebooted (user reboot, not miui) along the way....still launcher FC's a ton. Am i alone here??

PS: to all those who worked on porting this, pls see my sig :)

I was also gettlng fc's It is mainly when you change something in settings. If you can handle redraws you can stop the fc's by disable keeping home in memory
