This morning I woke up to find a black screen on my droid. I can receive calls, I get email as I hear the notifications, the screen reacts to touch as it vibrated when I drag across the area where the unlock slider is.
When i was playing with it, I noticed that under very bright light I can see the screen. I managed to take few screenshot, which automatically loaded to my picasa, and when when I opened them,. the screen, with all the icons was visible.
Has my LCD display gone bad? No one seems to be servicing the D2G in Macedonia so my best bet is do buy a display off ebay, but I want to make sure it is the display that's gone bad.
I've tried to solve the issue with a battery pull, reser, restart etc but nothing seems to work. I also played with the brightness setting under a very bright light and nothing happened.
