I flashed it right over blurless without wiping. Just loaded it like an update zip. Works fine.

Nice ROM but I hate the lock screen and don't like it clear either. Not much on the Rainbow Bright battery meter either, lol.

You can change the lockscreen with one of the update zips.I don't know what can be done about the battery meter. I like the battery meter.

you can change the battery meter via MetaMorph if you want, LOL...not sure if you can change the lock-screen that way, but there are lock-screen replacement apps (used one of those during my very brief experience with the Vibrant, because I hated the lock-screen that came with...) or you can download a free app from market called "No Lock" which will let you bypass the lock-screen altogether...

I moved on to Fission for now but thanks for the Nolock suggestion, I love it.

Music Player

After much reading I loaded 4.1 late last nite and it updated my X with .340
everything went perfect, just one problem my music will not play it says cannot play this type of file. Same thing happened when i went from .189 to .190 on Rubix. Does anyone have the fix for this?

hmm...I think I found your culprit. Rubix 1.90 was built with 2 versions...
a version built from system 2.3.15 and a version built from system 2.3.20 ("the leak")
correct?
DarkSlide V4.0 and V4.1 both require that you were running at least system 2.3.32 prior to install. if you will flash the 2.3.32 full sbf and root agian, and then install DarkSlide V4.1, your problems should be resolved.

Pretty much loving this ROM so far. I miss the completeness of 928's Theme, but this is theme'd nicely I must say

I've run Chevys SS. Cyanogen, UD, and a few others. The one I'm hooked on with my D1 is the Liquid ROMs. with the Watermark'd theme. pure greatness. Just gotta wait till after the holidays to upgrade.
