Data keeps rising?

So I have 3G Watchdog on my Droid Incredible, just to keep track, and for some reason the data on my phone keeps rising as a pace MUCH faster than usual. I mean on Watchdog I keep clicking refresh and it goes up every single second. And I looked at my data usage online and it says theres been single charges of up to 85 MB when I wasn't even using my cell. I know certain things on there will use little amounts (like weather, etc.) but this is crazy.

Anybody know how to solve this issue?
