Keeping unlimited data through Best Buy

I remember doing the "Switcharoo" trick on wirefly about 2 years ago, but it backfired on me because wirefly states that if you switch the phone to a different line within the first 6 months, they charge you the price of the full phone. I ended up using the new line as my main phone number for those 6 months, which kinda sucked.

Not sure if Best Buy has a policy like that, but I doubt it.
