Date format in Call Log is wrong

I am using "Kies" to connect my phone to laptop via WiFi.

  1. Date format in Australia is dd/MM/yyyy but my call log is listing mm/dd/yyyy.
When I change "language" to any one of English, English (PH) or English (US) the date-format remains at "mm/dd/yyyy" which for me is very foreign.
  2. What do "English" and "English (PH)" actually represent, I know "English (US)" date format is "mm/dd/yyyy"
  3. Call log has a lot of ancient (9 months old) entries but I cannot find how to clear individual items using the Kies window.
  4. How can I identify my phone's model and serial number using the UI?
I would appreciate any help, thank you. :hail:
