Dead pixel on my phone. How common is this?

so if i go within the next few days will i get a certified like new device? or a NEW one?

i think if you guys saw this small blue pixel you would laugh. it's microscopic but sometimes it flashes weird and against darker shades it can get kind of annoying...but those I have shown either can't see it (for the most part) or think i'm insane

NO. First 14 days NEW PHONE No Fee. I wouldn't trade after 14 days either. Never had a CLNP worth a crap and I had many.

okay i'll go sometime before the 6th. i have tried running a couple pixel fixer apps but they haven't yielded any results...will try a couple more days to see if it works. hope they also got some of those bionic lapdocks!

Yeah for future reference, until vzw changes it again... any defect in the first 14 days is replaced with a new device, after that its a CLNR, unless it's an assurion insurance claim. Those are new devices too.

when my screen is black it also shows dark spots all over the screen...you can see it when you're in a dark room and the screen is on, but is black. there are black blotches everywhere....do any of you guys have this as well?

That's normal, some are worse than others, but black spots are part of the amoled screen. All razrs have this to some degree

I just got a CLNR and it has the same problem. 1 dead blue pixel and the blotches. I'm NOT a happy camper right now. I'm a little OCD and its driving me insane. Wonder about getting another CLNR because of it.

I went to Verizon today and got a new Maxx after showing them the dead pixels. It's charging right now, but I'll give an update on the black blotches and if there are any dead pixels on this one. Don't settle for any dead pixels, Verizon can take care of that for you.
