This problem started for a very small number of people with the 1.8.x/1.9.0/1.9.3 framework.

Sounds like Drod has a new framework version in the works for his next release.
There is no ETA on it, but I believe that version will likely solve USB issues for those who have them.

Thats great news! I did try apeX for a day, but I didn't like it. Switched back to Rubix Real fast, great to know the problem will possibly be fixed soon!

PC/WMsync did work with apex though, just to clarify. Overall though I am much happier with Rubix.
