Default Ringtone not ringing on all call

I have set the default ringtone, but the default tone is not ringing for all calls.... Anyone out there have any ideas why?

b/c your default ringer is on the sd card? if it takes too long to access your sd card, it will ring some other tone. atleast i think that's what goes on with mine.

Thanks..That could be the reason..... I hope they fined a fix if that is the reason..
