Defective battery?

I don't believe that its the cell standby since where I am located I constantly am getting 4-5 bars on 4g. Went in and talked with the guy at verizon, he was very helpful, told me that it sounds like a bad battery since I have had the battery for 8 days now and it hasn't changed. He ordered me a new I'm crossing my fingers that it will last longer than this one. Thanks again for all thew quick responses, just joined the community and everyone has been helpful so far.:biggrin:

I too may have a defective battery. I bought an extended battery with the phone which should give about 1.5 times the life. The standard battery died in about 4 hours with very heavy use. I can get a good 10 with the extended with the same kind of use. The screen is a hog but I'm beginning to like this phone. I'll be taking the battery back if I decide not to swap for a RAZR Maxx.
