Deleted NFL and blockbusters app

As the title states I have deleted these apps can I still receive ota updates or am I screwed?

You deleted the apk? If yes, you will need to download them somewhere and put them back to get the updates. Freeze bloatware, don't delete it.

Oops can someone copy them from there sysytem app folder and send me them?
