Installed? You don't install it you have manually move it to /system/app and set the permissions.

Use root explorer.

copy it over to your phone with root explorer, set the permissions and reboot.

Yep, otherwise it resides in /data/app/ instead.

just put it in the system/app folder and changed the permissions seems to be all back to normal now thanks guys

With how many times they've been bankrupt, they should be. I subscribe to and use Netflix because I only care about streaming. Anything worthy of a blu ray watch I just buy.

I made the same mistake.

However, I was able to get all of the /system/app folder back. If the apps arent installed but the .apk still resides there is it okay?
