Deleting Texts?

Can anyone help me figure out how to delete more than one text in a conversation? I don't want to delete the entire conversation just more than one individual text at a time. Thanks!

If you have upgraded to version 4.4.2 KK the only options now are delete one text at a time or delete the whole thread. We used to be able to highlight multiple texts at once and delete but not now. Sometimes we just have to find ways to work with the changes Google gives us in new updates.

Most third party apps can do this without a problem. I use VZW Messages, and I can tap the conversation and edit....
