LOL, U funny guy

I'm gonna post it like this, but it's not my "final" entry. You can see that around the antenna needs some work(I'm having trouble with sub surface modifiers in Blender, blah blah blah)

It's obvious I'm using Blender. Just curious what you guys are using
Looks like I'm dropping out LOL! That seriously looks amazing man! I've only been using Paint.NET with a metric ton of plugins.

Check out Blender http://www.blender.org
Then look on YouTube for Andrew Price for some how to tutorials. If you've been using Paint.net, you'll be amazed what Blender can do.

There's a bit of a learning curve with Blender but YouTube will be your friend. Also, if you're looking for good graphics, check out Gimp http://www.gimp.org. I've tried Paint.net but always went back to Gimp. Everything in my signature was made with Gimp.

just my opinion, but if you are looking to put a new face on the site, all the old andy remakes and renditions are out.

I'm using CS6. Any advantages to Gimp?

Never used CS6 so I can't really compare the two. Gimp is open source & there's a repository of many plug-ins & scripts to make many effects. One thing I like about Gimp is you can work in layers, kinda like Photoshop.
