Yep. Same exact issue I'm having. The factory reset fixes it but only until it happens again. If you're like me and you've had several (6) problematic phones from Verizon (HTC) over the last 10 months, you might be reluctant to call for yet another factory swap. If not, get a new phone haha. They will warranty it out asap.
