Anyone know how to disable the vibrate notification when your on a call? It’s really annoying when I’m on the phone and I get a text message and it vibrates in my ear. On top of that the person on the other end always asks “What was that noise?” I still want it to vibrate when I’m not on the phone, just not during. Maybe there is an app for this? Any ideas?

I don't believe so.
With Handcent you have the option to enable/disable a 'sound on call' when you get a text or enable/disable vibration on a call when you get a text.
Handcent may be what you need. You'll have to disable 'double notifications' however. A quick search in the forums for "double notifications" will bring you to the right place to tell you how
