Dna reception issues

Well today is day 3 with reception issues with the DNA. Maybe you all have a better answer than I got from VTS. The Problem: I live in a 4g area... When outside I have all 5bars.... Walk inside I'm lucky to keep 3 mostly 1 bar. When making calls I hear the other person clearly.... They hear jumbled mess ( me) that's barely audiable. VTS had me go to the Verizon store and change the SIM card.. came home...still same issue. I changed from a Droid X (first Gen) that always had 3G and always had a good signal.. can anyone help a brother out??

Since he's still in his original 14 days, there's no reason they would give a phone that wasn't NIB

I just meant that he/she doesn't want to get strung along past the 14 days, once you reach refurb status it's really no fun Hehe.
