No signal issue, change sim card, new phone, or ota update to fix?

I had the same problem not long after I got my phone. I read about it online tried several fixes and finally went to the store and had the SIM card replaced. Not a problem since ... with this issue. Guess I am one of the lucky ones.

I updated the wife's phone last night and will post back in about a week to let folks know if this solved the problem.

Everything works great, consider the problem solved.
