Do an FDR after Jelly Bean OTA?

Well, I made the jump to Jelly Bean from .215 leak last night. My phone seems ok, but should I do an FDR?

I tried do a clear cache process, but the option never appeared after booting into recovery. The little android with the orange triangle over his open chest just statyed there. I didn't get the 4 or 5 options that were in blue on ICS. Is there another method for clearing cache now with JB?

I did do that, but nothing happened. I'm not sure why, but I did make sure both were pressed after the android guy appeared.

Try it again, and push volume up n down at the same time...you must of been a little off....
