I experienced slow lock too on GPS after JB OTA update in my XT910 but I find out that was related to my data connection, If I use a VPN app the GPS lock faster, also other apps work better I don't know why
BTW if some one can share with me the stock JB camera apk I will appreciate, after the OTA update my camera for some reason is now downgraded.
