A tad off topic but i was told this morning that the new radio:

SOOOOOO...who cares about batteries if this is true lol. i just (well Jamezelle just) flashed the new radio for me. We shall see.

Actually I too noticed even better battery life since upgrading the radio..... Anyone else notice this?

Was there an upgrade for the radio that I missed?

Please forgive my lack of knowledge, does this imply rooting? Is this something that we can expect to be released at some point? I really like the way this sounds but I'm not sure if I want to pursue this right now since I am not and do not want to go the rooted route. So I can look into this further though, could you point me to more information? Thanks.

edit: I searched here for Leaked RUU and get nothing..
