Does Skype work in Droid Razr?

I have it, but don't understand how to use it, or get it to work at all. Anyone do a good, quick 'for dummies' basic how-to?

Basically video calling to computer, but mainly to another phone with video.

^works like Skype for PC. sign in on skype for android> choose a contact > and select video call. hth
