I keep having to wiggle the RCA connector on the droid side to get stereo sound, a little bit of a move and its one channel only. I dont understand why. Its the cable that connects my droid to my car stereo aux in.
The Jack just does that, my fathers didn't do it much but mine does and it drives me bat **** insane lol I use it still but am looking for a quality Bluetooth pair because my old ones are severely lacking

I deal with it everyday because it is my music player in my truck and with headphones. It is a SERIOUS PIECE OF JUNK. Such an amazing unit in so many ways but the stereo jack sucks. Search and you can find someone has discussed a possible fix...
I am convinced it's a grounding issue with the port. If I am charging the phone through the car charger and listening to podcasts via the audio AUX of my Civic it doesn't have any interference...Otherwise? Yeah, it's been really bad lately.
Use the headphone jack 5 days a week 8 hours a day, never had a problem. Sounds like I've gotten fairly lucky. Now if y'all will excuse me I'm going to go find some wood to knock on.
i get this problem too
also, dont use iphone earphones (the one with the built in remote w/ mic) because it tends to start the music app in like party shuffle made when plugged in o.o
I don't have the issue (yet), but my friend has gone and replaced 3 units already due to the failing headphone jack. VZW is aware of it, and they just keep sending refurb units.
