Download History - non Market

So, I downloaded a non-market app. When I was downloading it, I was taken to a Download History page on my phone. How do I navigate to this page manually? I can get there by downloading the app again. I do not know how to get there on my own.

That download history you're talking about can be accessed from being in the browser. Press the menu button < More < Downloads

It was driving me nuts knowing it was there and I couldn't figure out how to get to it.
