Downloading vids from Droid X - having issues.

I tethered my Dx to my computer to xfer the videos i made. I downloaded the suggested Verizon software but it couldn't find the droid that was connected.
I went to "my computer" & did a copy/paste to my computer & all I got was the video w/out audio.

How am I able to do a true download to my computer of the video with sound??
