Downloads fail from market.

Being vain I tried changing the banner using root tools.

Phone changed to roaming indicator flashing. Still working but annoying. Then discovered market dl problem.

Tried all that I could find to no avail including S B F and clearing cache and data.

Factory reset finally took care of the problem.
