I did more tuning last night and can pull out 7.601 but still not best, I've seen 7.591 on 1/4.

Just started level 5 for pro league and I have my an one 77 running 14.006 but I've seen 13.997 out there...and I can't seem to get any faster...any one got that tune?

So I was running 7.3xx before the clock update, now im running 7.266 consistently with my best being 7.261. I cannot seem to beat that again let alone hit it again, and yet I see people running 7.25x and even lower with the bugatti SS. Any one have any tips, tricks or settings that they are getting faster times? I have a nice tune for the half mile for both the hennesy and aero if your willing to trade a setting for my bugatti that will be faster.

To helping you, I cannot except with the Ferrari 559.

For those who have problems winning lvl 7 1/2 races. Heres my current set up just for you. Yes, there are better, but not much, not that I have seen. I believe Ive been beat 10 times tops in over 1k races? And thats usually cause they get .005 or so faster... Or I'm tired and hit the N02 on accident.

Ferrari 559, maxed, tuned, 12.445-12.435 average. 135% n02, 2.007 final drive. 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th- 3.311/2.561/2.089/1.737/1.477/1.293.

This is a over-rev setup. Perfect starts will ruin you, as with most cars actually. Max out RPM to start, instantly shift into 2nd gear (Will be perfect and will NOT spin tires if done right. Though a perfect shift and tires spinning only effects maybe .010 time). Shift into 3rd, instantly using n02. Every bit you wait, makes you slower from my experience, any earlier will spin tires. Then shift as normal. perfect or good hardly makes the difference.

This is a very easy to use setup. And as I said, 12.440's is hard to beat, but not the best. Experiment a little.

If anyone has a great setup for the SSC Ultimate or Hennessey, I'd love to see it. Cant find a good one for them for some reason.

Also for some help, for some cars... Mainly toward cars with more torque, maxed RPM start with a instant perfect shift often makes a good difference. Less tire spin and plenty of power to push through 2nd or even 3rd. As the tip says, 100% perfect shifts doesn't make a perfect run.

Why can I not get better than around 12.7 with this set up? I tried:
-max RPM at start - quick shift to second, *I get a huge lag before my RPM go up*, NOS when I hit 3rd and smooth shift from there. 13.7
-max RPM at start - run up to 3rd and NOS.... still high 12.7 or more
-NO RPM at start - quick shift to second, NOS at 3rd..... same..... 14.0
I have tinkered with several ways to get those magic numbers but no luck.

How do you start and shift to max this spec out?

What are your levels at? I'm running 7.8 un-tuned with my levels at 4/3/3/1/5. I was hoping to get this into the 7.3 range but without going to lv10 don't think its possible.

That tune will get you running a consistent 12.364 with perfect shifts. I've got my tune running 12.363, but I still get beat by an occasional .362. Can't figure out how to get that extra thousandth yet.

I started a Level 7 race today with my rank at 4779. Got a phone call mid race, and when I got back to the game, my rank was down to 4620. Anyone know what the rate going backwards is? I know if you hit the back button before the results show it takes points from you where it didn't used to. I had just shifted to 2nd when the call came in so I hoped it would just timeout and not count against me, but evidently not.

I'm running the Veyron SS at Level 10...Averaging 7.3xx. I have gotten a couple 7.28x runs but can't run them consistently like a lot of the guys I'm racing. Anyone have a tune for this? I have pretty good tunes for the Audi R8(8.33x lvl 7) LP 570-4(9.40x lvl 5 & 8.62x lvl 6), Zonda(7.89x lvl 8), FXX(7.5x lvl 9) all 1/4 miles. Willing to give them up for a better Veyron 1/4 tune or SSC 1/2.
