I also received the update. There is a new Photos app in the app drawer. Not sure if that is for Google+, or meant to replace the old Gallery app??

From what I read its an add on to G+. It does have some nice photo editing built in, and you can auto save pics to G+ if you want.

Our phones aren't that old I don't know why we wouldn't get the updates...but I guess it's just the way it is. My phone works well, I'm not going to complain.

Just read on Droid Razr forum we will get 4.4 about March read article from Moto
pertaining to maxx HD seems to be a lot of cinfusion betweem Maxx HD and Razr Maxx that just came out

But first, the 4.4 update for the Maxx, Ultra and Mini needs to be sorted out. A Droid Life article yesterday states that it appears that the update has been halted due to bricked phones.

This is a great point. I received the 4.1.2 Christmas 2012 leak when I had my OG Razr. It was fun to have Jelly Bean early.

My guess is the build isn't done yet for this model phone yet since the new droid line would be top priority.

This makes sense. I'm not too concerned about the timing of the update for our phones. I have to admit that I was surprised when it was announced that we would get 4.4. My best hope prior to that was for 4.2.2.
