Cell tower location cannot pinpoint you and the GPS coverage you get determines its accuracy. It wouldn't be uncommon for your location to be quite a distance away if you didn't use GPS or didn't have very good GPS coverage.

Is there any way to shorten the camera shutter speed ? Its extremely slow which makes it hard to take any type of pic besides scenery.

Use the "FAST BURST CAMERA" app in the Market it will blow your socks off. If you hold the button it will take rapid fire pictures like 10 in a row in just a couple seconds.

Proud of my bloated D3, I don't miss unstable roms on my D1 at all!
